terrible customer service when calling about office space.. when i told him the amt we were looking for his attitude changed and he was incredibly rude and dismissive. I was going to tell him we could go higher than that but after hearing his attitude just decided against it and that i ddint want to work with a company like that.. told him thank you and he just hung up.. super rude

In would give it 0 stars if I could. There's no phone # to call anyone about any issue you have, just a helpdesk where you have to wait for a response. On top of the lack of being able to actually contact someone at Corporate not the office location near you, my mail was being forwarded to my home address for over a year and for some unknown reason (according to Regus) the mail was sent back to Regus and NOT 1 single person called or emailed to let me know. This was going on for months, yet they were still taking payments each month. Unethical and unprofessional, and they lie about month to month, I've still yet to receive a "contract" that I agreed to a year contract. So glad to be done with them, please don't sign up for them, beware!
