Like most of the reviews...The complaint is the same. They will auto renew your contract, pretend that they actually sent you reminder emails (but they don't). They will raise your rates by 40% each year. They will put you out of business and not think twice about it. I begged for help, my wife is giving birth, I just started this agency, and they not once sympathized with me at all. Very sad to see that they are as evil as everyone makes them out to be. Best advice, stay away. Adding 11/18/2025 - no one from their Global team ever reached out so these automated responses really go no where.

These people them that handle the mail just don't know what they are doing. Every time they forward my mail, I never get it. Regus needs to do a better job training their staff how to be more professional with their service and mail handling.

After filing a police report, and speaking with multiple people at this company they are still finding excuses not to help with dissolving a contract that I did not authorize. It is mind blowing how companies like this take advantage of people for financial gain.

Everyone, beware of this company. They are not reliable, nor are they respective of their clients needs. They will lock you into a contract that is outrageous. They will force you to terminate your business if an owner tried to relocate, cancel, or even had better opportunity. It is a huge disservice and we highly recommend to look elsewhere. This company is terrible regardless of the location.
