This office is asking me for the forms that we submitted every 15 days. We answer, and they send the same mail again. As if no sane person is responsible. Don't bother contacting them. They probably misdirected our mails to this date.

They don't get the service up and running and they expect you to continue paying. The services aren't activated and then they expect you to continue paying. You asked for help to get it up and running they promised you that before you sign the contract and it does not happen. THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NON-EXISTENT !

Regus's lack of communication and ethical standards has resulted in significant financial distress for our company. We were blindsided by a doubled rent increase and then subjected to a double charge during negotiation, with no explanation provided. Furthermore, the disposition fee charged upon our departure was completely unreasonable. Their attempts to deflect responsibility for their own communication failures and the clear manipulation of response times to increase charges are unacceptable.
