The staff is absolutely phenomenal! Kathy, Charlotte, and Vicky (I think were the names) were amazing, light-hearted, and professional while still being personal and welcoming. The entire facility was clean, smelled clean, and well decorated. The room was spacious and spotless as well. Not a spec of dust to be found. There was an abundance of electrical outlets and USB ports for charging devices, unlike our last hotel that we stayed at. The room had shampoo, conditioner, soap, and even makeup remover available as toiletries. They also had coffee pods available to brew cups in the room. The gym was spotless, well maintained, and had a fresh clean scent to it. Breakfast was great. It was fresh and everything tasted good. The coffee available downstairs was perfect as well. I highly recommend the extra drive to stay at this location if you are ever in the Jacksonville area.

We stayed here on a trip to Florida. The staff was friendly, breakfast was plentiful, and rooms and common areas were clean. Parking was always available. There was easy access to the highway. Walmart, Starbucks, and Culvers are just some of the nearby options. My only suggestion is to enhance the coffee area. While coffee was always available, there were no real creamers. The only option was sweetened Coffee Mate, which doesn't help if one avoids sugar. We would stay again if we are in the area!

Staff was all friendly and and helpful and everything was clean. Pool was also nice and clean. Hallways sometimes smelled heavily of weed. (Likely patrons, not staff, but still)
