I had a last-minute meeting pop up on the same day after finishing a mediation at the Hollywood Courthouse, and I needed a professional meeting room fast. Melanie at the front desk absolutely saved the day. She was incredibly kind, efficient, and had me set up in no time so I could make my meeting without the added stress. The meeting room was clean, quiet, and professional. Connecting to the Wi-Fi was quick and seamless, making it easy to jump straight into my virtual meeting without any technical issues. The only thing to be aware of is parking. Since the office is located in downtown Hollywood, you'll need to pay for parking, so just plan to use the parking app or allow a few extra minutes if you're paying at the meter. Overall, this was exactly what I needed in a pinch. Excellent customer service, a great workspace, and a huge thank you to Melanie for turning a stressful situation into a smooth experience. I'll definitely be back whenever I need meeting space in the area.
