I love working at the CoWork in Gulf Breeze! It is so clean, has wonderful amenities and Charlotte the office manager is amazing! Highly recommend!

I've been renting an office here for over a year and its been an amazing experience! The space is always clean, bright, and well-maintained. The management team and staff (Char) if very friendly, professional and quick to respond to any requests. The location is perfect, with great parking and easy access for clients. I couldn't ask for a better place to run my business, I highly recommend!

We have been tenants in the space for over a year now. The absolute best place to have office space and meet other business owners. Charlotte is top notch and the best manager around. If you have not checked it out and need office space-temporary or long term- you should.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you have a need for a desk, workspace, or office you won't be disappointed. Very friendly staff and an excellent facility to share with outstanding neighbors. They are all very professional and focused on building a community rather than just the bare minimum you might expect. Stop in and see for yourself if you are in need of their services.

Gulf Breeze Cowork Annex has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
