Terrible management coming from Sean with shady, unexplainable billing practises that force you to admit terms that hide their incompetence. After many emails and a call explaining how they could improve, and after sending one follow-up email seeking a simple clarification on an unexpected bill, he becomes aggressive, not addressing the questions asked, and blocks the account — disrupting our employees and business. No wonder the entire offices here are virtually empty with hardly any customers. Bringing up this incident with consumer protection and the better business bureau. *Mind you: There is a hidden “office restoration” cost upon move-out. However, the said office was very dirty upon move-in (not posting photos here yet). Had to beg them twice to at least sweep the floor and take out the gabbage left over by previous tenants. Never intended to leave any of these comments, and had intended to extend our lease by 1 year at the current location while expanding out at their other locations in other cities. But Sean has left us with no other option but to leave this unwelcoming place entirely. *EDIT: Regus: "We're very sorry you haven't been receiving updates on your case even after submitting a support ticket." -- This further shows how shady and deceitful you are by trying to cover up publicly -- >"even after submitting a support ticket" this statement is untrue. This did not happen.

Firstly, I always try to communicate directly with a company to resolve any issues. However, I am having the worst experience as a Regus mailbox customer, and I feel I have no choice but to share what has occurred. I recently learned that our mailbox account was cancelled back in October—yet today is November 24. I was never notified of this cancellation. The only reason I discovered it was because I pushed back on a “past due” notice that Tucker Albin and Associates (687318) began emailing me about. I initially ignored these messages because I knew our account had no outstanding balance. When the emails continued, I informed Jake at Regus, who told me to disregard them. When they persisted, he then said Regus was working with a new mailbox company and asked me to forward the notices to him. Throughout all of this, I have been speaking with Jake nearly every month because Regus’s system would not accept our nonprofit organization’s debit card and would only process my personal AMEX—causing unnecessary complications in our accounting. Despite this, I continued to use the AMEX because I wanted to avoid any interruption in service. Now, after calling Jake five times without a single returned call, I am left without answers. I am writing this review in hopes of finally receiving clarification. I need to know whether our mail will be forwarded to us and what the next steps are—especially since I’ve now been informed that our account was actually cancelled over a month ago. Please respond so that we can resolve this matter immediately. Our nonprofit relies on its mail service to support the students we serve, and this disruption is causing significant issues.

Absolutely terrible service. I was misled from the beginning, I found out I was misled and canceled eight days later. The lady that canceled my subscription did not tell me that I was locked in for two years. She just told me it was canceled. Then I get an email from collections for $2000 for a service that I never used. I’ve been told five times that someone from Regus would call me back because the person that I was speaking to could not help me. I have never heard back from Regus and I’m still getting emails from collections. Terrible company and terrible service.

Terrible experience so far. I am at the new address at the 300 E University Avenue. The sales person offered a discounted rate for a one year lease, which was supposed to be paid monthly or at the frequency rate of my choice (e.g. every month, or every two months), but subsequently has been trying to force me to pay the entire year at once. I already paid a retainer, the first month, and a fee by wire money transfer. Prior to me signing the lease, It was agreed that I could pay using wire transfers. My REGUS account (which I set up using my personal and privileged information) offers only minimal security (doesn't even require a password to login) and has been tampered with: without my authorization, they locked the settings there, so that when I chose the one or two monthly payment feature it automatically reverts to one year. Instead of relying on the extensive documentation available, they have been misrepresenting the facts. I have tried to contact their Helpdesk through their website, but received no response. I have repeatedly tried to contact their help phone numbers, but only get an automated message referring me to the local management. I have contacted the local management, who informed that he had escalated the issue, and that until the issue was resolved they would not add any late fees; that information was NOT honored. Instead of a resolution, I received harassing emails, one in the middle of the night yesterday, trying to coerce me to add company bank account information in that COMPROMISSED account that offers minimal security, or they will charge me a second retainer. Another of their harassing emails today is adding an absurd late fee, without offering any resolution or addressing the problem that has been well-documented. Instead, they contradicted themselves by sending an invoice that contains a wire payment option. It is unclear to me if this issue has actually been escalated as I was told by the local team; I would expect the upper management to treat customers with respect, to try to address problems that they created. I was never given the opportunity to address their supervisors. This is harassment, attempted coercion, and is very unprofessional.

I pay a monthly fee to use this space, which is a reasonable price for my notary business. I highly recommend this location; staff is professional and nice! There's a small coffee shop inside. The restrooms are clean! This place is Definitely worth a visit if you need a clean, quiet and professional atmosphere to work daily or whenever you need it. Stop by! I don't believe you will be disappointed!
