Poor customer service and communication. At least at this location. Can’t explain why my account was closed even though I had it on autopay. Then continued to charge me $51 dollars a month after they closed it and a couple other charges for over $300. I want to escalate

Aly brown the office manager was very kind, EXTREMELY HAPPY to help me cancel my contract. And again when i finally realized that REGUS was taking money from my card Any was able to show me the $555 and $626. My bank couldn’t explain the ins and outs of the funds. REGUS NEVER 👎 GAVE ME A KEY FOR MY $626 but is still trying to almost almost $3000 for the contract they helped me cancel BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY OFFICE KEY Case C-05719-p9C0 CRM04940004165 Regus🆘 111448976
