We love it here the staff is great. Sara Lj and Dustin are so helpful and courteous. Sami is front desk and a great asset to the team I always love coming to my office! - the whole set of buildings is beautiful. So clean and has artsy upscale beach vibe !

I have been in business for 8 years and have been located at Kelly Carlos for the last 3 years. What a difference it makes when building owners truly take pride in their property and create a family atmosphere. The owners are hands down some of the friendliest and kindest people I have ever met. Sara, Dustin, and LJ always go above and beyond to make sure everything is in tip-top shape and that their tenants are taken care of. If you are looking for a place to rent, I would absolutely recommend them. They truly take pride in what they do, and it shows in every aspect of the property. And don’t even get me started on The Hive — the little break room and coffee shop in Building 2. It is such a cozy, peaceful space and just adds to the welcoming environment they have created. Thank you for making these past three years such a great experience!
