I've been a customer of Pipeline for over 5-years now. You can office anywhere but your not going to get the admin team we have at the Fort Lauderdale office. The ladies here are extremely attentive to my needs and requests and gracious. The current team, JV, Fabi and Vic have consistently exceeded my highest expectations and really care to make sure my business thrives and excels.

We spent quite a bit of time looking at different office options around Fort Lauderdale before coming across Pipeline. From our very first conversation with their team, the experience was welcoming and professional. Now that we’re settled in, we couldn’t be happier. The facilities are well-maintained and modern. High-speed internet is reliable, the conference rooms are equipped with everything needed for meetings, and the common areas are clean and professional. The building management is responsive and handles any maintenance requests promptly. The atmosphere strikes a good balance between professional and comfortable.

Our company has worked out of Pipeline for about 6 months now. We have had a great experience. The staff is tremendously helpful and accommodating. They help create a friendly and enjoyable working experience. I would recommend this workspace to anyone looking for an office in Fort Lauderdale.

Amazing co-working, shared space, and dedicated office spaces location. Brilliant, helpful, and kind staff who are quick and always willing to help and accommodate reasonable requests. I also love that they allow you to bring a furry friend in, so he gets to come to work with me. I also love the regular themed events; excellent hosts. Definitely a 10/10 always!
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Pipeline Workspaces.
