Avoid This Regus Location — Terrible Service, Dirty Offices & Rip-Off Fees I rented an office here for 9 months and it was one disappointment after another. The elevator broke down multiple times. They shut the AC off on weekends, making it impossible to work if you need weekends. The dedicated internet I paid extra for was constantly down or unreliable. Garbage was only changed occasionally, the office was never vacuumed, and I never once saw it properly cleaned. When I moved out, they are charging me a ridiculous $560 "restoration services fee" without even entering my office. Does this look like $560 worth of cleaning or damage? I’m including pictures of the heavy dust behind the chair (which was clearly there long before me), the carpet, and even someone else’s fingernails left in the corner. The room was filthy and neglected the entire time I was there. This means they never restored the room.\nBefore I moved in , they just charge people the fee and don't do anything with the rooms. I contacted corporate , and they have nothing to say. The management office sent me what restoration fees are and tell me , does this look like my office was restored to begin with? I have cataracts and didn’t notice how bad it was until I started taking photos today. This was especially hard because I have a child with special needs and needed a quiet, clean, reliable space to come and write. Instead, I got constant frustration and hidden costs. They also raised my rent after just a few months. Strongly do not recommend. Buyer beware — look elsewhere.

Their lease is tricks you into contract. "Auto Renew" and lies and then stiff you with no way out. Be Aware, find anything else but this place.

Staff all changed within the last year to two years. Management refused to cancel a lease agreement that was "auto-renewed" without my permission. Due to their renewing of a lease without permission, the management is refusing to reimburse my security deposit, retainer and have now proceeded to put this amount for a lease I never agreed to with collections. Customer service offers no help. Front desk offers no help. 0/10 would recommend this location, you will be sorely disappointed with the new manager. DO NOT bring your business here.

They definitely trick you into lease's, don't fall for it and you'll be stuck here with no way out for a year or more.

First of all - kuddos to LAUREN the office manager . Totally professional and she runs a top notch office.... Now lets talk about the reason for this post - the virtual office with 5 days a month access to the facilities (AWESOME) . For any starting business that needs a business address and a professional environment I would recomend that office package all day long. I cannot tell how much of a life saver it was when I travel from different cities knowing I have access to this type of facility.
