I visited this location as a co-working space in April 2026 and was disappointed in the space and the exploitative management practices. I was looking for a work space for only one month and was sent a 1 month term contract by Beyonca De La Paz, but because I was signing on the 5th of the month I was charged through the last day of the following month. When I received a bill for the following month I replied affirming my 1 month term and was immediately threatened with collections by Mary Foster. Additionally, Beyonca failed to mention that parking wasn't included in the rates she quoted me before I signed the contract, so I found there was an additional $125 monthly charge that was not disclosed. Besides the exploitative practices, I found the co-working space uncomfortable and overpriced. The coworking space is quite small on both levels, with mostly lounge-style couches and circular tables in a noisy open layout. The only other co-working option is in the sound proof phone booths, but they are cramped and uncomfortable for long periods of time.

Buyer beware! Looks beautiful, snacks are nice but parking is a mission and expensive. Make sure you double check your lease terms because the moment you want to leave they won’t work with you and send you to collections. It was a great place to work out of when Jessica was there but Dennis is a piece of work and will never look out for the tenants better interests.

First coworking experience. I took a red eye in to Fort Lauderdale. The plan was to work remote from my friend’s office. To our surprise, the building was having a private event and I needed a new place to set up. Obviously, I could have gone to Starbucks, but didn’t want to feel pressured to buy coffee or feel bad for taking up space. I looked up “co-working spaces nearby” and the Las Olas location popped up. It was literally across the street. I paid for a day pass and I feel that it was 100% worth it. I was welcomed by Brian. He checked me in and gave me a tour. He made me feel very welcomed. This location was very clean. Although, I wouldn’t do it, members felt comfortable enough to leave their laptops unattended. The bathroom was also very clean with amenities for the girlies(pads/tampons), and oral hygiene products. There’s fresh brewed coffee and a good mix of creamers to cater to dietary needs. In addition to coffee there was sodas and a Bevi water station. I believe their menu changes, but there was Avocado toast, snacks, and a beautiful charcuterie board created by Mary! High quality ingredients were used. So yummy. The day ended with Happy Hour. Again, a good mix of wine, beer, and the canned drinks. I think there was a mocktail as well. I had a great day. I was able to stay on task and get my work done. When I return home, I will definitely consider trying a location to give myself a change of scenery from time to time. Thanks Brian and Mary -Sharon

This was the perfect space to meet my co-worker since we are generally remote from each other. There is a great common space with coffee/tea/snacks. Everyone was super helpful and friendly, and made you feel welcome. We definitely plan on utilizing this space and spoke about utilizing their other locations.
