“I had a very disappointing experience at this Regus location for a pre-employment drug test. As a type 2 diabetic, I drink a lot of water, which resulted in my sample being flagged as diluted by the staff member, Danielle David. This is the first issue I’ve ever had in 11 years of taking drug tests. I felt unfairly accused and treated unprofessionally. I will not return to this location and would caution others, especially those with medical conditions that affect hydration, to consider going elsewhere.”

I would give negative stars if I could based on my experience with this company. My Husband and I rented an executive office with this company for a longer lease as we were promised quality furniture to furnish our space. We discussed the quality of the furniture what the intended use of the space was with Regus and were promised that it would be usable for our use. Then the nightmare began. First we were told by the office manager that the furniture was going to be delivered early, then when we showed up we were told the delivery guy was sick and that it would be the next week. Then we were told that never mind it was back ordered so it would be another couple of weeks. Then only one piece was delivered and it was not what was promised, but we were told the rest was coming. In May I requested early termination of the contact because they failed to follow through with their promise and guarantees and the space was not usable for our use. They refused and then rushed to put the “furniture” in the office. The furniture they placed into the office was not the quality that we were guaranteed. I again requested early termination and they refused. Finally, I decided to just pay out the remainder of the lease and to move on. In the meantime we had already had to incur the cost of renting a new office space for our business, because the space was unusable. We have not utilized the Regus space since April. In July, I received notification that I was receiving additional charges for a repurpose fee after the contract ended so they could clean and revert the space (a space we haven’t used since April). I again reached out to the regional manager to request that the fee at least be waived. I was told that they put the request in. I followed up and was told that they were waiting for a response from their boss. Now my card has been charged the additional fee. This company does not tell the truth and refuses to honor the guarantees they make at signing. Our experience was awful with this company and I would not recommend utilizing this company for your business.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Regus.
