I really enjoyed working out of this office. Super clean, it has just right amount of quiet and privacy, combined with enough other people around so it doesn’t feel silent. The owner, Dan, is excellent, so accommodating and friendly, and always responds should you have any questions. Wi-fi is always on with fast bandwidth and you can hard-line into the wall as well. Nice adjustable stand-up desks too. Even though it’s at Coconut Point, parking was never an issue, especially if you come and go during typical working hours. There is a back door with easy to get to parking. There is a good size professional conference room with big screen that is almost always available, coffee is always ready, and a fridge with ice maker, and plenty of space for your own things. I guess the only thing possibly missing is like a true lounge/break room type space, but I was always there to work, so not a big deal, plus, being at Coconut Point, there is plenty of options for taking a break. Would definitely recommend this place…for sure. Oh and finally, if you go look at the offices, and you’re on the fence, make sure you check out the RESTROOM’s! Maybe one the best “office” restrooms I’ve seen! 😀..(at least) from a man’s perspective….haha.

I’ve leased a few offices in Southwest Florida over the years, and this has easily been the best experience. The space feels professional yet welcoming, and Dan’s attention to detail makes a big difference. Highly recommend!
