Office 55 is a 5-Star work space. The property is clean, organized and managed by Kathy Singh. She is the best property manager in this space that Ive ever met and because of her skill-set and professionalism it runs like a swiss watch. Thank you Kathy for 3 years of a worry free experience. Best office space iv ever been to . Its starts with the location right next to the ave then you walk in and your breath will be taking away with the class A interior ,amenities and amazing office staff .the whole experience from start to finish was a professional and made me KNOW im ready to conduct business at the highest level and i have all the tools i need to win. The best part hands down"caos codinator " you'll notice her buy her warm smile as she offer to make you a cup of coffee . Always see what you needs and when you need something shell get it done with a smoile

I have nothing but great things to say about Office 55 Delray! The staff - Kathy & Alexia are both an absolute pleasure to work with and they are so helpful. The location is prime, within feet of tons of great restaurants/bars/shops, etc. In addition, the office spaces are new and clean with tons of great amenities, and perks.

Kathy and Alexia are fantastic! Our company, Evolve MGA, has worked here for two years and loved every second of it. The layout of the office is great and the amenities are state of the art. The proximity to Atlantic Avenue makes for great happy hours, client lunches, and dinners. I would highly recommend Office 55 for anyone looking for flexible office space.
