My Experience with REGUS: Proceed with Caution My experience with REGUS has been extremely disappointing, and I would encourage anyone considering their services to carefully review the contract and billing practices before signing an agreement. From the beginning, I encountered billing issues. We paid one month's rent in advance, along with the required security deposit. Just two days later, REGUS billed us again for those same charges. Correcting what appeared to be a straightforward billing error took approximately six months, and I was required to complete paperwork to dispute charges that should never have occurred in the first place. When our lease came up for renewal, the proposed rent increase was approximately 100%, which was far beyond what we expected. Another issue involved the conference room. During our initial tour, we were told that a small conference room was included with our office. About 30 days after moving in, we were informed that this had been a mistake and that we would now have to pay separately to use the space. One of my biggest regrets was providing a business debit card for automatic payments. In my experience, REGUS repeatedly withdrew unauthorized amounts from our account, totaling thousands of dollars. Their requirement that rent be paid a month in advance also made reconciling payments more confusing whenever billing issues arose. Because REGUS is headquartered in Belgium, I also found customer service responses to be slow. Resolving financial issues often involves significant delays, making an already frustrating situation even more difficult. The mail service created additional challenges. When I asked about forwarding mail after moving, I was told that because REGUS acts as a postal agent, I could not simply submit a change of address with the U.S. Postal Service for mail received there. Instead, I was told I would need to purchase their mail forwarding service for $150 per month. Even though I only needed the service for one month to catch any remaining mail, I learned that the cancellation process effectively required paying for two months because notice had to be given immediately, with cancellation taking effect the following month. The billing problems continued. REGUS withdrew three separate $150 mail service payments and later withdrew an additional $4,331.00 from my account. When I requested an explanation and a refund, I was directed to submit a claim through their AI-based support system and told it could take up to 30 days to receive my money back. These experiences left me with very little confidence in REGUS's billing practices or customer service. While every customer's experience may differ, mine involved repeated billing problems, delayed resolutions, unexpected charges, and a significant amount of time spent trying to recover funds. Since leaving REGUS, I have moved my business to M.E.O. (My Executive Office) in Delray Beach. My experience there has been the complete opposite. The staff has been professional, responsive, transparent, and genuinely helpful. I have not encountered surprise fees or constant add-on charges, and the overall experience has been far more positive. My advice to anyone considering REGUS is simple: read every detail of the agreement, monitor your account carefully, and understand exactly how billing, renewals, and mail services work before signing. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend exploring reputable local executive office providers before choosing REGUS. As the old saying goes, "Buyer beware." I hope sharing my experience helps others make an informed decision.

Finally found peace and true Regus hospitality at Delray Beach After two very upsetting and honestly humiliating experiences at Regus Mizner Park and HQ Glades Road in Boca Raton, I decided to start using the Delray Beach location instead and I’m so glad I did. The moment I began working here, I immediately felt the difference. This is the Regus I knew and loved for years peaceful, welcoming, and professional. Joann at reception is always kind, positive, and makes you feel like a valued guest every time you walk in. She truly makes a difference with her warm and friendly approach. Even though I live in Boca Raton and this location requires a little more effort to get to, I now prefer working from here. I will not be going back to Mizner Park or Glades Road (HQ) unless I absolutely have to. Here, I can focus, work calmly and never feel uncomfortable or harassed. Huge thank you to the Delray Beach team for reminding me what Regus is supposed to be about. I plan to continue coming here as long as I need flexible office space.

Beautiful offices, clean and professional ambience. I had multiple options to use and so easy to. The highlight of this experience undoubtedly lies in the exceptional customer service, which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels just like your own office. The staff consistently exudes a positive attitude and greets every guest with a genuine smile, a crucial element in fostering a welcoming environment that enhances the overall experience.
