From my experience this company is a joke. They have a shopping center in my home town and half the buildings are gutted. We were interested in opening a business there and were told by the owner of the company the only way he'll rent any of the buildings is if the tenant spends their money to fix his buildings for 6 months free rent. The building they were trying to push us on has no electrical, no hvac, no plumbing, all the sheetrock needs to be redone, bare concrete floors, no ceiling, sprinkler system is non-functioning, and the roof leaks.
