Tried this place for a month, thier website is very sneaky and signs you up for a 2 year contract. I've already paid $200, after only going 1 time, they want me to pay $1,000. Horrible company with zero support. Account Number: 15701049

I had an appointment with a TurboTax accountant at this Regus location in Daytona. Canceled a half hour before I got there I was driving when I got the email. There is absolutely no way to get into the office and there's no accountability whatsoever so I spent my time getting there and getting home total 2 hours. I will never ever go to any appointment at this Regus again.

Well, I’m shocked there are only 2 other one-star reviews. This has to be the worst business I’ve done business with. Upon terminating my rental agreement, I was charged an “office restoration fee” of almost $350. (My monthly rent was only $425!) A fee which is there to restore the room, clean the floors and walls, check furniture and make sure Regus equipment is still intact. Well, in my tiny 7x8 room I rented for 6 months, I used ZERO Regus equipment or furniture. The room was completely empty when I got it and completely empty when I left. I can assure you that ZERO restoration was done after the last tenant moved out, before I moved in,as I had to vacuum up a dirty floor and clean and repair marks on the walls myself. I left the room with fresh, deep cleaned carpet and zero marks on the walls, better than the condition I was given it. So after already having $850 in security deposit, I’m getting charged $346 to simply turn my key in. I have submitted 3 work tickets now and have heard nothing back from anyone. I call their customer service number and as soon as you ask for billing, the line gets dropped. There is no real human to talk to about this. I’m now reporting this matter to the BBB because I feel, as the other reviewers do, that they are stealing our money and it’s completely unjust and should be looked into. Does this room look like it needs to be restored? I would NEVER recommend anyone to rent a space from Regus. Even the manager of the office says this place will rip you off.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with any company—ever. Regus has repeatedly overcharged me with zero explanation, and when I try to get answers, I’m met with silence or automated runarounds. I’ve opened multiple support tickets, emailed, called, and even walked into the location—not one proper resolution has been provided. Let me be crystal clear: My monthly contract is $69, yet I was charged an additional $78 for no reason this month. This is not the first time. I’ve been consistently overcharged since day one—random charges, mysterious fees, and outright incorrect billing. I’ve submitted multiple tickets (some of which were drafted with the help of a professional because I was tired of trying to be nice), and I’ve received no response or resolution to any of them. The staff I’ve interacted with have been rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Regus acts like a professional office space brand, but in reality, their billing system is a joke, and their customer service is nonexistent. This is now the fourth time I’ve reached out to fix the same issue, and I’ve had zero follow-up. Instead of resolving things, they just keep charging, ghosting, and pretending it’s not their problem. If you’re considering Regus—don’t. Save yourself the headache, the wasted time, and the stolen money. There’s nothing professional about how they operate. It's a billing scam masked as a workspace provider.

0 Stars I signed up with Regus to have a virtual office and professional business address, but it has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience from the start. I’ve never even stepped foot in the office, yet I’ve been billed for several months since January without receiving any of the services promised. The keys they gave me never worked, I never received my retainer, and every time I’ve reached out for help—whether in person or over the phone—I’ve been met with unprofessionalism and a complete lack of accountability. Despite raising serious concerns, not one person has taken ownership of the issue or followed up with real solutions. Shockingly, I was even told that no one, not even corporate, could assist me in resolving the problem. I Still haven’t got my issues solved and I probably have to get a lawyer involved. This company is more interested in collecting payments than providing any real service or support. Beware.
