Moved in this month and so far it has been fantastic. The facilities are always very clean, professionally decorated with excellent lighting, great kitchen/cafe area with great coffee, fridges, oven etc etc. Carlos and Ana do a great job and so far have been very attentive and flexible during our move in. Two really well decorated and impressive conference rooms that can be used and reserved. The fact that is in one of the most iconic and beautiful buildings in Coral Gables with the luck of being the only floor of having a wrap around balcony which serves for having meetings outside or lunch with a great view of Miami. It is having all the amenities of a great office building but at a reduced price and very impressive for bringing clients.

Quest Workspaces at 121 Alhambra is truly exceptional. The space feels very institutional and professional, perfect for meetings and client-facing work. The conference rooms are top-notch, the terraces are beautiful, and the common areas are always well-maintained. Ana Del Castillo, the community manager, and Carlos Vargas, the manager, do an outstanding job making everyone feel welcome and ensuring everything runs smoothly. The fellow tenants are equally professional, creating an environment that’s both productive and enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Our offices at Quest Workspaces have been an exceptional experience. Ana and Sarah, the welcoming staff, made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The space is always clean, well-equipped, and goes above and beyond expectations. It’s the perfect environment to stay productive and comfortable. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all.
