GRAM is a perfect place for a work sanctuary. I was able to host a private event there and a few meetings. It is just enough peace and quite for an intimate, professional meeting and there is plenty of parking. Kiyah has been amazing to work with!

I had the wonderful opportunity of renting out this office space and it nothing short of amazing. The owners are very nice and adaptable people. They were able to accommodate me in any way needed! The owners gave me freedom to rearrange the office to my comfortability. They were very communicative and willing to help in any way possible. I’ve had meetings via zoom and in person meetings at this location and it has been such a great mid way point for clients that are afar and a professional look as a background for my zoom meetings. I highly recommend any and everyone to take this opportunity and use GRAM. Even if it’s just you going in to take a mini tour for yourself to see that what I say is true! I am a returning client for them and will continue to use this office space.
