I came by The Lab Innovation Hub for the Coffee for Entrepreneurs networking event, but the doors were closed. I contacted the owners and received no response. I understand that events sometimes get cancelled, but not communicating that formally is quite unprofessional. It was a huge waste of time rearranging my schedule to attend, plus the drive there and back, with zero follow-up communication — that's disappointing. I had also hoped to check out the space as a potential co-working option, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
As a Realtor, I recently had the opportunity to use The LAB Innovation Hub as the closing location for one of my real estate transactions, and it was an outstanding experience. The space was clean, professional, and welcoming, providing the perfect setting for my clients to celebrate such an important milestone. What impressed me most was how The LAB truly lives up to its mission of supporting entrepreneurs, small businesses, and community leaders. Having a collaborative space available for business needs like mine is an incredible asset to our community. I'm grateful for their support and look forward to using The LAB Innovation Hub again. Great layout and use of space. The setup is very well thought out, with independent working stations that make it easy to stay productive. I also love the open-concept area with the meeting table, which creates a great space for group conversation and collaboration. Everything you need is available right at your fingertips, all in one place. Highly recommend!
The Lab provides a professional environment to conduct business meetings and real estate closings. They are a go-to for me and I highly recommend using their space.
The Lab was a great place. It provided the perfect surrounding for me to get my school work done also the collaboration area provided me an my group with a big enough space so we weren’t feeling boxed in and could freely express our ideas.
