Not transparent about everything that goes into pricing - stuck in a 6 month lease now. If you sign up don’t expect your security deposit back, because they keep it to “refurbish” the office

Promises undelivered. Overall, a 2. It's cost effective and off the toll, on my way to school. If you work on the weekend, the AC is turned off. In the summer, starting in May, I'll need to buy my own ac unit, or bring a fan, and wear shorts. I have to wear headphones all day because I can hear conversations from all directions through my walls and the glass doors. I was told soundproofing was intentionally two times the standard when remodeling. I get a jolt wake up call when my neighbor comes to settle in. It's laughable when I hear a symphony of uninhibited sneezing. You can pay 45 a month for a coffee card. There is filtered water. The bottom door to the building is open at all hours, even when noone is at the post, so that is disconcerting security-wise. Office users get a key card to enter Regus on the second floor, and a 4 digit code, so you can have 24/7 access. Beware, the restoration fee is hefty. I use command strips and wonder why, if I want to move offices to quieter spot, I have to pay $400(I was told originally there was just a 40 cleaning fee) and I have a tiny one person office. I got the one out of two offices with a whiteboard, and was told if i needed to move offices, the could work with me on putting a whiteboard in another space. I've been here for one month, am locked in until September, so make sure you get the month to month, although it's extra , because you can't cancel anytime, (like I was told) and will be billed monthly. I do hope I get my last month installment back when I leave, because that's an expensive promise. I am a first time office user, so now I know what to exclude from my search. Come June, I will shop around before settling. February 19th , 2026: Updating my review after additional time here, moving offices, and consistent and fair pricing experience: There are still structural concerns prospective tenants should clarify before signing (sound transmission between offices, weekend HVAC policy, restoration fees, and lease flexibility). I recommend getting all terms in writing and asking detailed questions about temperature control and soundproofing if those are important for your work. That said, I want to specifically recognize Pam and Erika. Erika stayed true to what she promised and was transparent in her communication. Pam went above and beyond to help me find a space that would be the quietest available for studying. She was thoughtful, proactive, and genuinely invested in making the transition smooth. That level of care made a meaningful difference. The location is convenient and accessible, and I appreciate the effort made to address my concerns once raised. As a first-time office renter, this experience has helped me better understand what questions to ask in the future. I’m grateful to Pam and Erika for their professionalism and follow-through.
