No utility bill. We only pay rent. Such a good deal. I looked all over Pinellas county and these guys have the lowest rates. Super clean and the management are such good guys. I now consider them dear friends. We absolutely love it here!

It has been an absolute pleasure renting space here. The management are always kind and very easy to communicate with. Everything is very clean and working perfect. Great prices on the rent as well. We intend to rent here for years to come.
