  While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, The One Cowork may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The One Cowork .

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  The One Cowork operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly. 

• How should I choose the best workspace for my needs?

  Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

  For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

  Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at The One Cowork? How about for a day or a month?

  Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, The One Cowork has you covered. Conference Rooms, Meeting Rooms and Private Booths are available by the hour. But you can book The One Coworks, Conference Rooms and Meeting Rooms for an entire day. Additionally, Dedicated Desks, Private Office #37s and Private Office #42s can be booked on a monthly basis.
