Such a great and cozy place to work! Coffee tables, private office, stand up desks, and private offices and phone booths. Everyone is very friendly too! Really enjoyed my time working remote at the Flamingo House.

I had an exceptionally productive workday in the whimsy and delight of Flamingo House. The staff is helpful and accommodating, the kombucha- delicious, and the space is well- appointed and respectfully wondrous. I made a friend, and developed collaborative possibilities! This space is PERFECT. I can't believe I waited so long to check it out.

If you value professionalism, privacy, or not being treated like a prop for someone’s Instagram feed-run, don’t walk, away from The Flamingo House. This place is less of a coworking space and more of a curated influencer playground masquerading as a business environment. I came in expecting a professional workspace. What I got was a toxic mix of vanity, surveillance, and passive-aggressive gatekeeping wrapped in fake smiles and neon signs. Here’s what happened: They filmed my client without permission-someone who was discussing a confidential, multi-million-dollar loan-and then posted him on their social media like he was a background extra. When he asked where it was going, the woman behind the camera smirked and said she “just liked his sweatshirt.” She also filmed our private business meeting. No heads-up. No consent. Just full-on voyeurism disguised as quirky content creation. When I asked for a simple privacy frosting on my glass office door-the same frosting another tenant already had - they refused unless I prepaid for 6 or 12 months. I offered to prepay for 3. Their response? They terminated my membership entirely. So to recap: I raised a legitimate privacy concern after they violated client trust, and their response was to show me the door. Their leadership hides behind smiley language and “community vibes” while gaslighting anyone who dares ask for professional standards. They talk about valuing privacy while filming people without consent. They talk about being flexible, but only if you pay upfront and keep your mouth shut. It’s smoke and mirrors. If you’re a social media influencer looking for your next selfie backdrop, you’ll probably feel right at home. If you’re a serious business owner who deals with confidential clients or sensitive information, this place is a liability waiting to happen. The Flamingo House is a joke. But the punchline is at your expense.

I love it here, I was an intern for a few months and learned SO MUCH and was able to learn and grow in different ways I never expected. The space is a welcoming environment and helps my creativity juices flow. 10/10 coworking space
