We visited the building that houses the immigration center to handle documents. The main concern is not even the center itself, but how the building is managed from a visitor’s perspective. It feels like visitor comfort hasn’t been considered at all. People spend hours there, often several hours, yet there are no basic amenities. There’s no easy access to drinks, no way to buy water or even a simple snack What’s especially surprising is the lack of proper coffee. No cappuccino, no latte, not even a basic coffee machine. In places where people are expected to wait for long periods, this should already be standard. When you come in, especially in the morning or after a long drive, being able to quickly grab coffee or water is not a luxury, it’s a basic necessity. We recommend addressing this. Installing a coffee machine and basic vending options for drinks and snacks would significantly improve the experience for visitors

Overall, the staff does their job, but the waiting time can be very long. It’s not unusual to spend several hours here, and there are no basic amenities available There is no option to get coffee, tea, or even a simple drink. For a place where people spend so much time waiting, this is surprising. Having at least vending machines or a small coffee option would make the experience much more comfortable

Went there to go to the social security office? There's no signage outside that it's in that building or that's the correct address for it.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, One Park Place Executive Suites may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • At One Park Place Executive Suites, Private Offices can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • To truly understand what One Park Place Executive Suites has to offer, we recommend scheduling a tour to get a firsthand feel of the environment and amenities. Fill out this form to let us know the date and time that works for you, and we'll be happy to show you around.
