Was an awesome experience and Brian was extremely helpful and kind.
I'm from Atlanta and came to Boca Raton for work, so I spent some time working from Indy by Industrious . It was an excellent experience! The workspace was exceptionally clean, modern, and very well organized. Brian was incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people. I have some back problems, and as soon as I mentioned that the chair wasn't very comfortable for me, he immediately found me a more comfortable one in the area where we decided to work. His willingness to help and make sure I was comfortable really stood out. The atmosphere was quiet, comfortable, and perfect for staying productive. I would definitely use this workspace again the next time I'm in Boca Raton and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming, and customer-focused coworking space. I’ve known Brian since he was in Fort Lauderdale, and now he’s managing the Boca office. He has always been friendly, welcoming, and professional. Brian is an excellent communicator and a true problem solver who always goes above and beyond to help. He does a great job keeping everything clean, organized, and running smoothly. Even the breakfast area is always well maintained, and it’s clear that he takes pride in making sure the entire facility is in excellent condition. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member.
