TERRIBLE. The day you call, and you decide 3 weeks later. you are billed from the day you called.. then they send you to collection.. A real scam of a company

Not sure if this business is on the up and up..they been stealing money from my account not saying what service they are providing with charging my account over three times a month...I'm talking with attorneys now to see how we can stop these types of not forthcoming companies 🤔...if anyone wants to join us please inbox us...thx

Most pleasant environment customers service personnel 100%%%

I would advise not to rent a space here. There are better options out there. The desk staff is not helpful at all, they don’t have costumer service basic skills and they charge fees for any type of support, even the smallest ask. Internet is constantly failing and the building is under renovations so you can imagine, noise and access is limited.

Disappointing Experience at Mizner Park: Hoping for Better Consistency Across Locations. I normally don’t leave reviews unless something is truly extreme, but today’s experience at Mizner Park was upsetting enough that I feel I need to share it. As someone who has been using Regus Business Lounges globally (Canada, Turkiye, U.S. and more) for many years, I’ve always appreciated the flexibility and professional environment. Unfortunately, what happened today was the exact opposite of that. Here’s exactly what happened step by step: 4:50 PM: I arrived at Regus Mizner Park to do a very quick print, literally a one-page printout. The door was already locked though the centre was still open. The receptionist saw me standing there but instead of simply opening the door, she motioned for me to call her. I did, and explained politely that I’m a Business Lounge user and just needed about 10 minutes to print something urgent. Around 4:55 PM: She came to the door but kept insisting they close at 5 PM, even though it wasn’t yet 5. I reassured her I knew that and would be very quick. She finally let me in, but not without making me feel very unwelcome. 5:03 PM: By the time I sat down and opened my laptop, it was just after 5 PM. She immediately returned and firmly told me to leave right away. I explained that I had just opened my computer and hadn’t even printed yet, but she wouldn’t listen. Her tone escalated, she raised her voice, and started making phone calls right in front of me, speaking about me as if I was causing a serious issue. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary. 5:06 PM: Thankfully, another Regus office user stepped in and kindly offered her office to help me print. She was incredibly understanding, the kind of professionalism I should have received from the staff. 5:09 PM: Feeling very uncomfortable and needing to sign a contract urgently elsewhere, I decided to leave without printing. What makes this even more troubling is that this was not an isolated incident. A few weeks ago, I had almost the exact same negative experience at Regus HQ - Boca Raton - Glades Road. Seeing this now repeated at Mizner Park makes it very hard to believe this is just coincidence, it feels like a clear pattern of poor attitude and disrespect towards loyal customers. At this point, I have to say that there are now two locations in Boca Raton (Glades Road and Mizner Park) that I will be avoiding unless absolutely necessary. However, to be fair and balanced, I want to also share that I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at other Regus and Spaces locations nearby. The teams at Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale - Cypress Park West, Fort Lauderdale - Galleria, and Spaces - Fort Lauderdale - Las Olas Square have all been fantastic, always welcoming, professional, and easy to work with. These are the locations I will continue using and where I feel genuinely comfortable. That said, what happened today at Mizner Park was unacceptable. I hope Regus takes this seriously because loyal clients deserve far better than to be treated with aggression and zero flexibility.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Regus to discuss accommodating your adjustments.

  • At Regus - Boca Raton - Mizner Park, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.
