• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

  While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. • Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at BocaExecuSpace? How about for a day or a month?

  At BocaExecuSpace, you can book a Conference Room for up to 35 or a Meeting Room for up to 6 people for a flexible hourly rate. For those who require a workspace for an entire day, BocaExecuSpaces, Conference Room for up to 35s and Meeting Room for up to 6 peoples are also available. And for those seeking a long-term solution, Private Office 407s, Private office 411s and Private Office 417s can be booked on a monthly basis.

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with BocaExecuSpace.

• Can I visit BocaExecuSpace before making a decision? If so, how do I schedule a tour?

• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

  It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with BocaExecuSpace, who is more than happy to help out.
