Great owners, beautiful space, well priced. Give them a call for info regarding availability before making plans, prices and info on site are definitely accurate.
This is the perfect place to set up your private office, or to use their very efficient co-working space instead (which is extremly spacious and well spread out). This office building is immaculately maintained. The Owner and the Front Office Manager are both so nice and helpful. The rental rates for the private offices vary based on the size of the space (as is the case in every office building) and the rates are quite reasonable considering the high quality super-fast internet, the beautiful decor, the great location and the other nice ammenities. I highly recommend this place.
Response to the owner: In a world where you could have taken 5 minutes to update your website to accurately reflect the starting price for the offices that you do have for rent; you chose to advertise office spaces using the price of unavailable units. Then you went ahead and took a meeting with me, showed me the space, and only then did you mention the price was substantially different than the advertised price. I will politely decline your offer to check back in the future.
