• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Pipeline Brickell? How about for a day or a month?

  At Pipeline Brickell, you can book a Large Conference Room or a Small Conference Room for a flexible hourly rate. For those who require a workspace for an entire day, Flex Spaces, Large Conference Rooms and Small Conference Rooms are also available.

• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

  It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Pipeline Workspaces, who is more than happy to help out.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  Pipeline Brickell operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.

• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

  While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. • How should I choose the best workspace for my needs?

  The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

  A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
