I had a very disappointing experience with iPostal 1 / TKO Suites. I paid a total of $1,149.86 for mail services that were never rendered. This situation clearly constitutes a breach of contract.
Throughout my experience, I encountered misleading information regarding the status of my business's mail, which led to significant confusion and distress. The lack of transparency and accountability exhibited by this company is unacceptable.
After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau ipostal1 made several attempts to gaslight me, dismissing my concerns and attempting to undermine the evidence I provided. Their proposed refund covered only three months of service, which is inadequate considering the total expenses I incurred and the evidence that demonstrates their failure to fulfill their contractual obligations.
Moreover, their faulty services have severely impacted my business operations, causing financial strain and reputational damage. I am particularly concerned about the sensitive documents that are NOT in my possession—including my checkbook, bank statements, and EIN verification letters—that have been put at risk due to their negligence. This negligence could potentially violate state and federal data protection laws.
In summary, I strongly urge potential customers to reconsider their decision to use iPostal 1 / TKO Suites.
