Came here to get some work done. Rode the awkward office elevator, chatted awkwardly around the water cooler with mark, Bob and Sue AND drank coffee even though I hate coffee. I had the perfect typical 9-5 white collar experience here and I was pleased but wouldn’t do it again because it was extremely boring and weird.

I set up a virtual office. Realised I didn’t need it the same day and e-mailed them to cancel. They didn’t respond until December 12th saying we can’t cancel. Yet I will never use the services. They have taken two payments for over £500. And now are threatening a law suit. Imagine the stress for something you have never accessed or will ever use. Please look at We work or other companies. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. Do not rent a space from them be that in person or virtually. They have no desire to help. Especially if you are overseas.

I was misled into signing a 12-month contract with Regus. Their representative assured me that the address would be accepted by Shopify Payments, which was the only reason I signed. After signing, Shopify rejected me twice (including my appeal). I never used any office services, yet Regus kept charging me $359/month. I already paid $1,745.88 for nothing, and when I asked for cancellation, they refused. This is misrepresentation and unfair business practice. Be very careful — once you sign, you are trapped in a contract even if the service is completely unusable.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • At Regus - Wilmington - N Market St, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Regus.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.
