Have been a tenant of over 10 years at 950 Ridger RD address (3 units roughly 4500SF total), and this is how you will be treated here. Landlords had maintnance done at neighboring unit who had just moved in, the following day water pipe burst from that unit flooding ours and causing $1,300 in damages. For months I got the run around only for them refuse to reimburse to my business and instead say I must file claim with my insurance for the damages that they did. When speaking to Kate she was incredibly unprofessional yelling at me, and talking down to me for simply wanting to be made whole. Saying "I do not care!" "it is not our responsibility!" and generally having a very nasty dismissive attitute. Telling me "you can take me to small claims court if you don't like the decision". In all my years of business this has been most unprofessional experience, not just for the $1300 in damages I was never made whole on, but how they talked to me and treated me. Absolutly distasteful interaction, truly landlord nightmare experience.
