I strongly advise against doing business with this company. Their service is extremely poor, and the staff is very disrespectful. In particular, Maryann was dismissive, unprofessional, and showed no regard for customer service. She was rude, unhelpful, and made it clear she had no interest in addressing my questions. I attempted to set up a virtual address for my business, but the process was handled with incompetence and a complete lack of professionalism. If you value respect, efficiency, and basic courtesy, stay far away from this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
