I booked a conference room last minute for a BCG executive team, and AdvantEdge WorkSpace was fantastic. The room was perfect for our needs, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful every step of the way. Everything was seamless, professional, and exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

Our company has been leasing office space at AdvantEdge in Washington, DC for almost a decade and it has been an outstanding experience. The management and staff at AdvantEdge are truly exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of their tenants. Firstly, the landlord is incredibly attentive and responsive. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly, and they are always proactive about maintaining the building in top-notch condition. It’s clear that they care about the well-being of their tenants, which creates a supportive and productive work environment. The building itself is fantastic. Located in a prime area of Washington, DC, it offers convenience and accessibility to all the city has to offer. The amenities are superb – from the state-of-the-art fitness center to the beautifully maintained common areas. The office spaces are spacious, modern, and well-designed, providing a comfortable and professional environment for our team. Moreover, the security in the building is excellent, giving us peace of mind. The networking events organized by the management are a great way to connect with other businesses and foster a sense of community within the building. Highly recommend AdvantEdge Workspaces!! Penney is phenomenal and was always ahead of us and offering great support/suggestions. The entire AdvantEdge Team goes above and beyond - once they even had to retrieve a pallet of ours from the sidewalk (long story). So thankful for the partnership we have with AdvantEdge Workspaces.

Our company was looking for office space in the DC area to be closer to our government customers. AdvantEdge was a perfect fit!! The space is beautiful (lovely artwork, great common areas) and the staff is awesome!! Can't say enough nice things about the people!! We have a small office to demo our equipment but can easily take advantage of the conference room as needed. We held an open house and the staff and tenants were nothing but helpful and cordial! We were running a lot of it from out of town which is typically difficult, but not with Penney and her team - they made it easy! Anything we needed, they accommodated. It was like having family (good family!) working beside you, making sure you were a success. The office itself is nice and they were very accommodating with our table and desk needs - I was amazed! And the location is great - easy to get to food and walk just about anywhere. I highly recommend AdvantEdge Workspaces!!
