In addition to withholding your security deposit without an explanation for over 60 days, they have the nerve to reply to your one-star review and claim that they don't know you. Regus: If you are reading this, the account was for the Law Office of Alfredo Vasquez. I rented an office at 100 M Street SE. You have been holding over $1,700 for over 60 days. Before you tell me to contact the onsite manager, I already did. Guess what? she was shocked that the refund has not been processed yet. She told me that she is going to look into it, though she said that 2 weeks ago. As I said before, stay away from this business.

After renting office space for two years and paying all my invoices on time, Regus continues to withhold my security deposit. Their contract states that they will return the deposit after 30 days of vacating. Nevertheless, after 55 days of vacating the building they not released my deposit or offered an explanation for the withholding. If you have a small business, stay away from them.

When our credit card expiration date changed, we were charged a late fee on our account, even though their website was inaccessible and had massive technical problems for the weeks leading up to the due date of this invoice. We asked them to be reasonable about it, given that it was their fault. But they refused and said that we owe the fee, even though their website had been having chronic issues. I am not happy with their service and I do not recommend Regus. Stay away if you can.

Customer service, unexpectedly torturous for a brand that has been around me for a while... Could definitely do better. ----------------------------👇🏿👇🏿👇🏿 REPLY FOLLOWING COPY & PASTE RESPONSE STYLE FROM REGUS 👇🏿👇🏿👇🏿--------------------------- UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO REPLY BUTTON TO FURTHER STATE MY ONGOING ISSUE HEREBY WITH REGUS, LET ME BE CLEARER: The customer I'm, has NO SAY... EMAIL takes for me for ever to be responded and if it does, you can tell, the other side has NO CULTURE OF COURTEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AS WE KNOW IT IN THE USA... MOSTLY ARROGANT FOREIGN CUSTOMER SERVICE RECRUITS... I HAVE BEEN FORCEFULLY CHARGED TWO RETAINERS ON DIFFERENT AGREEMENT CYCLES AND WHEN I ASK FOR THE REFUND OF THE PREVIOUS, THE PING PONG GAME JUST GETS STARTED... THIS IS ONE OF MY ACTIVE ISSUES WITH REGUS... TO THIS DAY OF 6/30/2022
