I have been using an office at this location for 3 months now and absolutely love it! It is a modern looking facility and a pleasant environment to work in. The manager is very kind and treats you in a professional manner. Wholefoods is just across the street and the neighborhood is up and coming and feels safe. There is bike parking in the basement and a Capital Bikeshare doc right around the corner. I also have had pleasant interactions with other tenants.

Before you think of renting a space here, I would strongly urge you to google Regus Rental scam. The deeper you look, you will find information on “Regus not returning deposit” as well as charges far exceeding what you agreed upon. I’ve heard multiple stories of people being overcharged as well as your bill going from One price to 5x. I signed up for something that was $300 and within one month of me being there and putting down $1000 as deposit, a month later it saids I owe $900? This area is not safe. Look into the crime that has recently been happening there the last 2-3 months. It is why I asked to leave & no one will ever respond.

The manager here is super pleasant. Literally will go out of her way for her clients. The location is top tier, the decor is unmatched. Highly recommended.
