Packages stolen, staff incompetent, internet not working…. Truly an awful location. Rent an office at your own peril.

I've had a fantastic experience with Regus in Washington, USA. The office spaces are well-maintained, modern, and provide a highly professional environment. The staff is incredibly helpful, responsive, and always willing to assist with any needs. The flexibility of their plans makes it easy to scale as my business grows. The meeting rooms are well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere is perfect for productivity. Highly recommend Regus to any entrepreneur or business looking for a top-notch workspace!" Would you like me to adjust the wording for a specific location or service?

Although the front desk people have always been great, everything else about Regus is awful. For example, you can never, ever get anyone on the phone. They engage in deceptive contracting. And Google absolutely hates Regus: your law firm or business will never rank highly on Google as long as you use this address. P.S. Even their response to this is awful. It is not like you can actually call someone. Instead, it suggests that I go through some bureaucratic process to try to resolve this. They are AWFUL and they cheated me out of thousands of dollars through their deceptive practices.

My wife rented space with this company and it seems at every turn they’ve lied or misrepresented things. Early on the in the contract with Regus she told me how the sales person misled her and how she was annoyed and inconvenienced her. I was with her a few days later when she got a call from Regus and she said “oh this must be customer support calling to follow up” - no. It was a sales person trying to sell her an upgraded package. For all the issues she’s shared with me, she has never gotten a follow up call/email from management or customer care. I’ve overheard some conversations and seen some emails - they are condescending and seem committed to NOT helping resolve issues. I would never recommend this company after seeing how they treat their customers.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Regus.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

  • At Regus - Washington - 601 Pennsylvania Avenue, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.
