This review is in no way intended for the front desk team at all. They are wonderful, and treat the guests well. The management team does NOT value its customers. After pleading for months, for action to be taken on an office we leased that had no climate control at all, the management team finally and reluctantly offered to relocate us to a smaller office, but only at the same rate as the larger office that we had with no climate control. Why would we pay the same lease rate for a smaller office? After much back and forth, they agreed to only a $200.00 reduction in the monthly rate, which was not fair. On top of that, they are now asking us to pay another $1,500 dollars for office privacy film. We asked if they could waive this cost since we were displaced due to the climate issues, and we previously paid for this in our office with no climate control. It appears that the management team undervalues their tenants and only cares about the bottom line. This place used to be great before they filled up the office spaces, but now that spaces are becoming limited, they are showing who they are. If you value customer service, do not lease here. You've been warned.

Industrious elevated both my work life and my business. It was terrific to be surrounded by interesting people doing interesting work. It was a super supportive "home base" for my business--great location, easy-to-book conference rooms and even free printing. The coffee, beverages and snacks made each day better. And the staff was top-notch--so friendly and helpful that they feel like your work family. As a company, Industrious is well run and very focused on serving its clients. I've spent time in a few co-working spaces and Industrious is by far the best.
