This is the best Wework I have been to! Convenient location, next to the Tatte and walkable to Union Station. Plenty of space to work in the common area or quiet area. Plenty of phone booths when you need to take calls.

Very hard to cancel a membership. I couldn't find a way to do it online, so I had to call on the phone. Despite calling the local 202 number, my interactions were with a call center in another country. The first call, I got dead air for two minutes. The second call I got cut off after giving the name and email for the membership. On the third call I was able to cancel the membership. Of course, if you don't give five days of advance notice, you will get stuck paying for an extra month.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with WeWork Companies LLC ILS, who is more than happy to help out.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
