BLUF: Amazing experience in gorgeous space albeit with a hefty price tag. Impeccably maintained amenities + kitchen + bathrooms. Fast + reliable wifi even for serious online work. I experienced both monthly coworking pass + 1 month of a private office (61). [Loved] - the building & space are beautiful - the member experience team (Laura + Lindsay) is professional, smart, and kind. - The wifi + wired ethernet connections are very reliable and consistently hold 400Mbps both up/down There were almost no part of the experience that I would change, and for the most part things 'just worked' and could be relied on. If not, member experience manager (Laura) resolved issues very promptly. [Room for improvement] - (with private office) really difficult to justify $$$$ price tag - (with coworking space plan) limited common working area availability considering how many people use it With my coworking membership, I had a tough time finding routine daily cadence due. This + high network speed requirements for work is why I switched to renting a small private office which provided my own space + wired ethernet. Once I switched, everything was amazing, but the price tag is really hard to justify. The price listed on the Industrious website listed ~$1000 / month for the private office which is why I became interested initially, but this is only for 12+ month commitments. I was only able to commit short-term due to personal reasons, which tipped the scale towards leaving this location and its private office when I revisited the decision after ~ 1 month of private office use. [Final Comments] If you can bill the costs here to your client or can guarantee longer-term commitments, this is a high-caliber establishment with smooth operations team. Despite my leaving this location, I have fond sentiments towards this location and its team as they provided foundational stability for me to tame chaos in my life in difficult times.

If you are considering this location I would advise you against it. The space is beautiful but it is extremely overpriced and managed horribly. We have been here for almost a year and it has been a complete nightmare. For starters the basic amenities they offer surely don’t justify the cost especially with the negative attitudes amongst the industrious staff. The management team is extremely rude and they only truly have interest in accommodating larger corporations . I am overall extremely disappointed with the Industrious Union market team and recommend that you consider another location or coworking space in the area that is more accommodating, trust me you will thank me later.
