The Industrious space at Met Square is new, clean, organized, and currently not overly crowded. It’s a great option for anyone looking for either a private office or shared coworking space in downtown DC. The furniture and workspaces are modern, the food and drink options are good, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I previously had a WeWork membership, and Industrious has been a very positive alternative, especially as some WeWork locations have started to feel dated or close altogether. I signed a 6-month pass with Industrious and was one of the first members at this new location. Met Square also has excellent building amenities too, including a gym, rooftop, and other shared areas. Industrious has several other locations around DC as well, which adds a lot of flexibility. Good coworking option in DC, seems to be growing and expanding as well.
