Do not work with Jermaine. Promised me a free months rent, instead I got no free month, charged double for one month, no keys, & told not to contact him after payment was received. It’s a scam, more of a commission hungry thing for them, go elsewhere

They’re great until you want to cancel their services. They are quick to debit your account for payment, but take FOREVER to cancel your subscription AND EVEN LONGER to refund money that is owed to you. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!

I have not had a chance to use my office space for clients due to Covid. I have been there since September and only went to get my key it is now January. I have reached out and explained the situation. They will not let me take a hiatus and add the months to my end contract or get rid of my contract at all. Also, when I went I wanted the cheapest office space as I only need two chairs It was $400. I saw it going for $280 When I reached out they said they couldn't downgrade me even though I asked for the cheapest space. Do not do business with them if any of these may be your concerns. Many Blessings to you and Happy New Year! never resolved anything but "willing to help" LOL STILL NO HELP!! INSTEAD THEY WANT TO SUE ME AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET HELP WITH THIS SINCE NOVEMBER AND NO MAKING A TICKET THROUGH MY ONINE ACCOUNT DOES NOT WORK!!!

I'm editing this post to reflect a better rating, as an issue I've been battling with Regus since January has been resolved. My company has used the conference rooms here with great success, until we had to reschedule an event. Now that everything has been cleared, we'll continue to use Regus because their conference rooms and lunch service fit our needs.
