Hello. I am a recent new tenant who runs a medical practice. I am very concerned about the treatment I have been receiving from staff her, particularly staff B- a female and staff F - a male today and it’s impact on my client receiving medical services. I am concerned as well because my clients have also experienced the poor treatment by staff and have complained to me about it- the impact on their medical appointments, at times shortening their appointments because of B’s refusal to give me an office (virtual) and her poor customer service. I am very new to this whole Regus process and their site is not user-friendly.. In addition, this process was not spelled out well for me and I do believe that my not having access to an office for my client sessions violates my contract. I placed a card on file as instructed but now I am being told you cannot only place a card on file- there are additional steps. It seems there are always extra steps that are never spelled out. These interactions are impacting my business and my client’s well-being. They have been very disruptive and B’s refusal to be accommodating, discuss things in private and not in front of clients, and unwillingness to be helpful has been eye-opening. F as well today was u helpful and was a totally different person when he was selling me the space. He also has seemed to bait and switch?/changed the contract and added services I never signed up for such as mail forwarding, and then I was charged late fees for these services. Actually, others have complained of the same on other websites where this business has been reviewed. I have asked both b and f for contact information for their supervisors and they have refused. Is this the level of customer service that Regus provides? Medical providers may want to avoid renting from Regus because it can negatively impact one’s client negatively as well as be bad for business due to incredibly and inconsiderate and confusing conduct from staff.

🚨Warning. I got the "professional mailing address" with Regus. They auto-renewed a contract and increased the price. I now pay $108/mo for a mailbox and they will not allow a cancellation. Questionable sales tactics at best.

The staff is great & always willing to help when needed. It's a great location to have a private practice or just an office to go to for remote workers. Dr. Nichol #TheHeartCoach

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Regus to discuss accommodating your adjustments.
