We've had the pleasure of being tenants at 750 Main St, Hartford, for the past 15 years, and it's been an exceptional experience throughout. Stark, who took over ownership of the building several years ago, has truly transformed the space with a series of significant improvements that have enhanced both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the building. The upgrades have made a noticeable difference, and we’re thrilled with the results. One of the standout features of this building is the amazing staff. Every member of the team is professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly and with great care, ensuring that any issues are addressed efficiently. The building itself is always spotless, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable, clean environment for our business. Additionally, the building’s location is great, offering easy access to everything Hartford has to offer, and the rent is incredibly affordable considering the high quality of the space. All in all, we couldn't be happier with our experience here and would highly recommend 750 Main St to anyone looking for a top-notch office space in Hartford.

The building manager, Ronnie, is very professionally, exceedingly nice and polite and always ready and willing to assist and/or serve. It is a pleasure to deal with Ronnie. The concierge, Rosi, is amazing. The building is impeccable clean and the elevators are ready all the time.
