HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, and probably one of the most unprofessional and grimy places of business you can deal with. I did a tour with James Stewart. After seeing the place and realizing that it wasn’t affordable as I literally just started my business, I told James I would get back to him soon. He then asked me to sign a document which he stated would “hold the rate on the quote.” This was obviously misleading because months later I received an invoice for over $5,600!? I called James to figure out what was going on and said “Oh I thought you already moved in.” What?? How would that have been if he originally told me I needed to put a deposit down to secure the office space to begin with (what he originally told me needed to happen during our tour). In addition, nobody ever contacted me with instructions or any type of information on how to get into the office if I already so called signed a contract to get into this supposed office. All I received is an invoice for an office I never got access to or even agreed to move into in the first place. It was very clear between me and James Stewart, Sales Manager, that I was not ready to rent any office due to the price, so James told me to sign a rate lock when he was clearly being a shady snake (like satan the devil in the garden of Eden 🐍) and made me sign something completely other than what he explained it as. Word for word after telling James I thought it was a rate lock and I didn’t want to rent an office, he said “Well, you signed it.” I called this company multiple times and not one person with an ounce of intelligence or authority was able to help. Now, I’m dealing with a collection agency who emailed me just on Monday saying that Regus will settle for $2,000 if I pay before the end of the year. This deadline was only a few days after the email was sent. I cannot even believe companies can operate like this. Nobody has offered to resolve anything or provide any sort of customer service, or even give me keys to an office I’m stuck paying for. We are just stuck paying $2,000 for an office we never rented, never received keys for, never anything in return for what we are told we have to pay. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely avoid at all cost. I signed up with regus to get a private office for two months. They take 380 for a retainer balance/deposit. We ended the contract in July. They said they would release it in 4-6 weeks in writing. I still have not got my money and my bank is negative because of it. I have been asking everyday and just get plain emails saying "we'll look into it." They are happy to take 250 to repaint walls that I didn't even touch but decide to not return your money when they are supposed to. Horrible company. Call up and no one helps.

Don't do it. Don't even think about it. The only good thing about this place was the front desk associates. They were amazing. Everything else involved with this place is not worth the headache.
