It's infuriating when you have been a loyal customer for approximately 20 years and they refuse to upgrade your account the same month that it auto-renewed. When you call the headquarters they send you back to your local center and you then are stuck in a loop. You find out the true business values when you need assistance. So disheartening as you are just an account number to Regus. In Greenwich CT there are the options like Stark, andHayVn to explore.

Be weary of signing up with them. We have been a good standing client for many years and realized during COVID that we would no longer need their services and they refused to let us out of our contract which is automatically renewed every year. It was only two months into the auto renewal and they refuse to let us out and now we are stuck throwing away $ for the next 10 months.
