The Deputy City Manager, Jackie Lovato, went above and beyond to help me. I did not use her facility; however, she traveled to a different location to take care of my problem. She followed up for a few days after to make sure that I was made whole. Her diligence and patience turned a potentially disastrous event into a feel-good story. I will be happy to use Regus again due to her efforts.

I strongly advise anyone considering Regus to reconsider. The staff won't tell you about the $5.15 per square foot “restoration fee” you’re required to pay when you move out, even if you leave the office spotless. With the smallest office being about 150 square feet, that’s roughly $600 just to hand back the keys. The problem isn’t just the fee, it’s that they bury it deep in legal language that most people won't notice. When I asked about it, the staff seemed more interested in avoiding the question than being transparent. Beyond that, the walls are paper-thin, and the offices are in noticeably poor condition. You can hear every conversation around you, and the overall experience feels cheap and unprofessional. Plus the customer service you will receive will be non existent. Regus markets itself as a premium office provider, but my experience was the opposite, deceptive fees, low quality, and zero transparency. I’d recommend looking elsewhere before signing anything with them.

This is a really nice location, very quiet and peaceful; overlooking Clear Creek. The staff is very personable and was able to help me get online when I had some issues. The free parking is nice. Highly recommend!

Proceed with Extreme Caution If you’re thinking about signing with Regus, don’t. Not before you read what countless others have said online. A quick search on Reddit or Trustpilot will show an avalanche of complaints about deceptive contracts, hidden fees, and aggressive billing tactics. I wish I had looked sooner. In my experience, Regus is not a partner in business growth — it’s a trap. Their contracts are loaded with fine print designed to bleed you dry. Arbitration clauses that take away your right to sue, and auto-renewal terms that quietly lock you into Hyper inflated rates. This particular location is especially bad. The walls are paper-thin, you’ll hear every private phone call, therapy session, and conversation next door. On top of that, the office smells awful almost every morning. Like raw sewage or unclean plumbing. It’s disgusting and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the front desk staff constantly tacked on surprise charges and “adjustments” without explanation, turning every invoice into a new headache. It feels like the entire system is built to squeeze every possible dollar out of tenants. Bottom line, these offices are not worth the money and Regus is a classic example of a soulless corporation specializing in manipulation and misrepresentation. The hidden fees, lack of accountability, and poor conditions make it one of the worst office rental experiences I’ve ever had. Save yourself the frustration, find literally anywhere else to work.
