We went to see the Fall colors and were not disappointed! Amazing views in and around Vail! This GH does not disappoint with its amenities and is definitely my favorite. The spa (sauna, steam, cold plunge) and gym are top notch. The staff are enthusiastic and do a great job. The food is also excellent.

Such a great experience at this hotel. Incredibly friendly staff and very helpful. The amenities were unmatched anywhere. Amazing co-working space, gym, recovery and spa areas. Everything you need under one roof. The restaurant and cafe are also amazing. Could not recommend enough.

Huge huge thanks to Ryan for running the show last night! He had so much responsibility and he made us feel like royalty with his Service!!! Thanks to Rocco this morning and all the Front Desk people who answered the phone so graciously with my questions in the past week! I’d also like to say that the coffee lounge/bar Is really nice -love the vibe! And the beds are super comfortable! Again, Ryan was outstanding!

Word of caution if you're considering staying at Gravity Haus and planning anything special. Called the hotel several weeks in advance to secure a 1pm early check-in ahead of a 3pm surprise engagement on the mountain. Arrived at 1:15 after 3 hours in the car and went to check in while my GF was in the bathroom to meet "Ryan" at the front desk. After mentioning the phone call / surprise engagement plans Ryan responded with "we don’t have an early check-in policy and not sure who you spoke to, but there's no way we would have made that commitment". Then when my GF returned from the bathroom and I attempted to end the conversation to protect the surprise -- he kept at it… "Listen boss…I'm not trying to be an asshole but we just would never do that sort of thing" which naturally raised some red flags to her over what the big deal was. Pivoted plans, skipped showering and changing --- moved friends to meet us earlier, thankfully proposal went great. Then when we returned to check in after the engagement to meet Marcus (front desk manager) who confirmed he had made that early-check in promise over the phone but had not shared this along to Hospitality award winner of the year Ryan. The next day before leaving we ran into Ryan who offered, "Hey boss I apologize if you interpreted our exchange as an argument" followed by "Marcus is new…he never should have made that commitment". A classic ending to a memorable 24 hours which included being placed in one of the few rooms on the property with no AC.
